The Association of Binational Chambers of Commerce, represents institutions that promote trade with allied countries which economically generates more than 70% of the foreign trade and foreign investment in the country.

In March 2018, the CANCHAM Board of Directors presented an Amicus Curiae before the Constitutional Court in which it indicates information on the economic and social impact of Guatemala as a result of the actions of the Magistrates of the Constitutional Court.
