Cancham coordinated with TFO Canada, a leading organization recognized for its work in improving the living conditions of people through the facilitation of sustainable international trade for small and medium enterprises in developing countries.
Legal Certainty Lunch
The Guatemalan Canadian Chamber of Commerce held a luncheon to analyze from the economic, social and legal perspectives, the effects of the courts' actions for trade and their development. The event counted with the participation of expert analysts in each area in a proactive, conversational and comprehensive analysis environment such as: Pedro Trujillo, Ramón Parellada, Stuart Ralón and Jorge Luis Herrera.

The Chamber, in its close relationship with the Embassy of Canada in Guatemala, participates in different activities that are carried out, in July the Embassy carried out an activity for different interest groups, with the objective of publicizing their work areas, their programs and activities.
Canada Day / Polar Bar
CANCHAM and the Canadian Embassy celebrated Canada Day on July 5, 2018 at Casa Veranda with an event in the polar bar format, attended by more than 70 people from companies, government institutions, institutions that promote commercial development, people from the Embassy and NGOs that work together with other sectors.
Sustainability and Voluntary Principles
The Chamber carries out several activities in conjunction with the Embassy and in May 2018 a training and discussion was held on "Sustainability and Voluntary Principles of Security and Human Rights, with the participation of Fanie V.Thibeault.
