Positive Work Places

Cancham propitiates spaces to channel the exchange and enrich the network of contacts of our partners. During the month of March, we held a networking event, along with the launch of “Positive work places”, in which the methodology of our partner WMA Wellness, a Canadian consultancy that develops work solutions in positive psychology and management consultancy, was also presented to the audience. WMA has designed the Positive Work Framework (PWF) to help organizations to implement evidence-based positive psychology practices that contribute to healthy and effective work environments. The event was held with the support of LAMonzón y Asociados.
